Met Bixdata kun je een groot aantal servers monitoren. Zo kun je de http, pop3, smtp en proccesen in de gaten houden, en precies zien wat er gebeurd. Indien een server down gaat, kan Bixdata de serverowner op de hoogte stellen. Bixdata 2.4.2 is te gebruiken op FreeBSD, Linux, Mac OS X, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, en Windows XP.
