Nullsoft Scriptable Install System 2.31 is dan eindelijk gereleased, met veel veranderingen kunnen er met dit programma makkelijk mooi uitziende installatiepakketten gemaakt worden. Het programma is 1,46MB groot, en de licentietype is GPL. Deze release is heel erg verbeterd, qua uiterlijk, opties, en stabiliteit.
